EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY

IMPORTANT

  • You can exchange or return any product within 30 days of purchase.
  • An exchange or return of a used or washed product will not be accepted.
  • Request your changes or returns by sending an email to  emotionbodies@emotionbodies.com.

CHANGES

  • Send us an email indicating the desired change.
  • Prepare a package with the products you want to exchange.
  • Insert a piece of paper inside the package with your complete information and the details of what you want to change and send the package to the address: JOSE NEBOT MUNS (E MOTION BODIES BRAND), C/ Rabassa, 5, Pral 2ª, 08024, Barcelona, Spain.
  • Once the package has been received, we will ask you by email to transfer us the amount of the shipping costs, which depend on the destination.
  • Once we receive these funds, we will send the package to your address.

You can choose the method you prefer, and the costs and management will be your responsibility.

When your package arrives at E Motion Bodies, we will check the status of the product, and if everything is correct we will proceed to make the change within 72 hours of the following business days. Changes are subject to stock, if we do not have the model, size or color, we will contact you to find a solution.

RETURNS

  • Send us an email indicating the desired return.
  • Prepare a package with the products you want to exchange.
  • Insert a piece of paper inside the package with the following information: name, email, mobile phone and your IBAN and SWIFT bank account numbers, and indicate that you want to return the product.
  • Then, send us the product to the address: JOSE NEBOT MUNS (E MOTION BODIES BRAND), C/ Rabassa, 5, Pral 2ª, 08024, Barcelona, Spain.
  • You can choose the method you prefer, and the costs and management will be your responsibility.

When your package arrives at E Motion Bodies Brand, we will check the status of the product, and if everything is correct, we will proceed to pay the amount of the garment(s) within 72 hours of the following business days, with the same payment method used when making the purchase.

WRONG PRODUCT

If you have received a wrong product, at the outset, we apologize.

  • Send us an email to emotionbodies@emotionbodies.com or call us at (+34) 685166358.
  • We will contact you to manage the collection and send you the correct garment.

 

DEFECTIVE PRODUCT

If you have received a defective product, we apologize at the outset.

  • To speed up the process, send us several photos to emotionbodies@emotionbodies.com showing the defect, along with your name and order or invoice number and a brief explanation of the detected defect.
  • We will evaluate your case and we will contact you, in the event that it is a manufacturing defect we will manage the collection and we will send you a new garment.
